Why This Role Matters As a Senior Life Sciences Customer Transformation Consultant, you will be a catalyst for change, shaping the future of how Life Sciences companies engage with customers, sell products, and deliver services. You will partner with senior sales leaders, technology partners, and cross‑functional teams to design, build, and operationalize digital sales and service experiences that deliver measurable ROI and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Advisory: Work directly with sales leadership to craft data‑driven sales strategies that boost productivity, standardize processes, and accelerate digital tool adoption. - Solution Architecture: Design end‑to‑end digital sales enablement architectures—including CRM, quote‑to‑cash, revenue management, and service platforms—that align with client business goals. - Implementation Leadership: Lead the planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of commercial technology solutions such as Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce Health Cloud, and other Life Sciences‑specific platforms. - Analytics & Business Case Development: Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses, build compelling business cases, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions. - Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a mentor to junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the practice. - Business Development: Contribute to growth initiatives by drafting Statements of Work (SOW), composing winning proposals, delivering client presentations, and supporting pursuit activities. - Practice Development: Participate actively in the evolution of arenaflex’s methodology, toolkits, training programs, and recruiting efforts. - Travel Management: Provide on‑site guidance at client locations, traveling up to 50 % of the time to ensure seamless implementation and change adoption. Essential Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 3 years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Life Sciences commercial operations. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital sales strategies that result in measurable performance improvements. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 % of the time. - Eligibility for limited immigration sponsorship, where applicable. Preferred Qualifications & Expertise - Strong interest in strategic challenges facing the Life Sciences ecosystem, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, health‑care delivery, and payer‑provider dynamics. - Hands‑on experience with commercial technology vendors and platforms that support sales, marketing, and service functions. - Advanced analytical skills, including quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, or research experience in medical or pharmacy domains. - Familiarity with Life Sciences commercial platforms: CRM, marketing automation, omnichannel engagement, contact centers, lead management, and post‑sales support. - Technical proficiency in one or more of the following: Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce Health Cloud, Pitcher, Customer Times, MedConnect, Patient Connect. - Residency within commuting distance of an arenaflex consulting hub.
