About the Role

Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and analytics will help us better understand our customers, optimize our operations, and deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data-driven projects, from conception to delivery, to drive business outcomes and customer insights
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to answer complex business questions and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects
- Develop and maintain large-scale data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
