About the Role

As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in our Claims and Network Operations functions, utilizing data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. While telecommuting is an option, you may be required to attend quarterly team meetings at our Fort Worth office, located at 300 Burnett Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76116.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations
• Work independently with minimal supervision, completing tasks without established procedures
• Perform basic tasks without review by others, while seeking guidance for higher-level tasks
• Maintain focus and productivity, working on repetitive tasks
• Adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy and maintain a dedicated work area that ensures information privacy

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to work during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, including flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Texas
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
