Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Strategist - Digital Experience Expert to join our team. As a Senior Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through innovative content strategies and UX excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that resonates with our customers and drives business results. Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and competitor analyses to inform content decisions.
- UX Design: Collaborate with UX designers to craft impactful content for complex UX flows. Apply design thinking principles and writing best practices to create engaging content.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to inform content decisions and identify trends in user consumption habits. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Influence technical outcomes and communicate shared goals with diverse groups.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content that resonates with our customers and drives business results. Develop tone and style guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX design, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong understanding of UX design principles and content strategy. Experience with design thinking and writing best practices.
- Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with content management systems, UX design tools, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
