We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights and supporting business leaders with reliable data and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance, accounting or related area
- General knowledge of accounting, financial, operational and budgeting principles
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other data and calculation software(s); experience with Power BI, budgeting and reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, MS Board or others, and workforce management systems, such as Genesys
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
