Requirements The idea candidate will possess the followings skills: ? A minimum of 3 years experience with employee benefits ? Experience leading or completing an HRIS/HRM implementation with a benefits module that included connecting to carriers ? Ability to work independently and utilized resources to solve problems ? Ability to think strategically and analytically ? Comfortable with communicating with both clients and carriers, but able to focus on detail-orientated work for long periods of time ? Must be organized and able think quickly to resolve problems ? Experience in working with 834 and integrations in Employee Navigator is strong preferred but not required ? Bachelors' Degree in a related field preferred ? A combination of work experience and education will be considered Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
