You will be a key partner to leadership, helping translate numbers into meaningful insights that support our mission.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close activities and GL reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with AP/AR and program leaders to ensure financial accuracy
- Support annual audits and compliance requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor on financial performance and reporting

- Strong cross-functional partnership
What You Bring
- 3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- A mindset focused on accuracy, accountability, and impact
