This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub work, thrives on clear requirements, and can execute independently with minimal oversight.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining sales-related HubSpot assets based on documented requirements, including:

• Building and updating:
• Sales pipelines and deal stages
• Sales workflows (deal automation, task creation, notifications, routing)
• Deal, contact, and company properties
• Lifecycle stage and lead status logic
• Supporting SDR and AE workflows (lead/deal assignment, task queues, follow-up automation)
• Creating and maintaining:
• Sales dashboards and reports
• Pipeline, conversion, and activity reporting
• Supporting basic revenue attribution and funnel visibility
• Performing QA and validation to ensure automation and reporting accuracy
• Keeping HubSpot organized and aligned with sales best practices
• Documenting work completed and flagging risks, blockers, or data issues proactively
What You Will Not Do (At Least Initially)
• No sales strategy ownership
• No requirements gathering
• No quota-carrying or prospecting responsibilities
(You’ll receive clear instructions, context, and acceptance criteria for tasks.)
Required Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Strong experience with HubSpot Sales Hub
• Proven experience building pipelines, workflows, properties, and sales reports
• Solid understanding of sales processes (SDR → AE → Close)
• Comfortable working from task tickets or written requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and data accuracy
• Reliable availability during U.S. business hours
• Must be based in the United States
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• HubSpot Sales Hub certification
• Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
• Familiarity with CRM data models and lifecycle stages
• Light experience with HubSpot Marketing or Service Hub
• Exposure to RevOps or multi-team HubSpot environments
Why This Role Is a Great Fit
• Consistent monthly hours (50–60/month)
• Clear scope and expectations
• No client-facing pressure
• Opportunity to grow into deeper Sales Ops or RevOps ownership over time
• Work alongside experienced RevOps and HubSpot leadership
