Are you a confident communicator with a passion for closing deals and helping businesses grow? What You’ll Do:
• Meet daily with warm inbound leads who have already booked appointments
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
• Present our virtual assistant services and offer tailored solutions
• Follow up with leads through email, phone, and CRM tools to nurture and close deals
• Set clear expectations and smoothly hand off new clients to the onboarding team
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based or B2B environment
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable on video calls and presenting to business owners
• Proven ability to build relationships and convert warm leads into clients
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience selling staffing, outsourcing, or VA services
• Background in working with US-based businesses or clients
