Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Identifying and researching potential customers and plan calls
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and sales appointments, using our CRM system
- Proactively identify and research potential leads using various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales tools
- Educate prospects on the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services
- Follow up with prospect to answer questions, provide additional information and overcome objections
- Increase sales by regularly contacting accounts and identifying opportunities to sell our products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Business Support team to meet customer needs
- Give product presentations to customers
- Keep track of customer interactions in our CRM system and update management regularly
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our core values
