We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline and reach new customers. This is a full-time, remote role based in the U.S., ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. You’ll focus on generating qualified opportunities through thoughtful outreach and close collaboration with our Account Executives. As part of a lean, high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers solve real business problems.
What You'll Do
Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedInQualify and allocate inbound and outbound leads across North AmericaConduct daily outreach to meet prospecting activity goals (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)Research target accounts and align messaging with Conversica’s ABM strategyUnderstand and communicate the value of Conversica’s products to buyers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functionsCollaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and build qualified pipelineMaintain accurate lead and opportunity records in Salesforce and other sales toolsContribute to weekly pipeline reviews and share insights on messaging effectiveness and prospecting trends What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role in a B2B environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and persuasive styleSelf-motivated, curious, and resilient — able to work independently while contributing to team goalsComfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with changing prioritiesExperience with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferredBachelor's degree preferred but not required Additional Information
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus up to $25,000 in variable incentive pay. Pay is based on a number of factors such as location, relevant skills, and experience.
