This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting virtual consultations to identify client needs, and presenting and recommending suitable products or services. Additionally, the Sales Associate will focus on maintaining accurate records of client interactions and tracking progress toward sales goals. Collaboration with teammates and regular participation in training sessions to enhance skills will also be expected.
