About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist in maximizing room revenue, profit, and market share for multiple resort properties. • Analyze revenue data and manage pricing strategies. • Partner with Revenue Manager, property GMs, Marketing, and other department heads to implement revenue-generating strategies. • Support yield efforts through analysis and reporting to identify revenue opportunities. • Manage data entry operations for internal and external distribution channels. • Ensure accurate maintenance of systems such as PMS, channel manager, and payment processor.
• Execute reporting functions related to competitive set, price positioning, and seasonality. • Implement programs to drive growth for direct booking initiatives. • Manage property participation through relevant internet sites and distribution channels. • Build and maintain relationships with OTA Market Managers. • Conduct ongoing reservation sales training with property staff. • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements
• Working knowledge of transient, group, and catering customer segments.
• Excellent personal management skills including time management and effective communication. • Understanding of brand strategies and cultures. • Knowledge of revenue management techniques. • Intermediate level Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent reading and writing abilities for documentation and reports. • Strong mathematical skills including budgeting and profit/loss concepts. • Experience in hotel revenue management or analysis.
