They are seeking a YouTube Growth Manager to drive channel growth through strategy, experimentation, and optimization, with a focus on improving views, watch time, and subscriber conversion.
Responsibilities
• Driving channel growth across CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber conversion
• Improving “packaging” (titles/thumbnails) and metadata to maximize discoverability
• Running structured testing (A/B tests, format experiments, hook iterations)
• Translating analytics into clear creative recommendations for future videos
• Building dashboards, reporting KPIs, and owning weekly/monthly growth reviews
• Monitoring competitors and trends to spot new opportunities early
• Keeping up with YouTube policy/product updates that affect distribution
Skills
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• A track record of measurable YouTube growth (brand, creator, or agency)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly in YouTube Analytics
• Clear communication and the ability to influence creative decisions
• Organized execution and a bias toward action
