As a Remote Student Re-Enrollment Advisor , youll guide students through essential prestart steps, spark engagement, and keep them motivated from first contact to day one. Youll collaborate with Financial Aid, Housing, and campus teams to clear obstacles, streamline their path, and ensure every student feels supported and ready to begin. Responsibilities
• Support Student Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact for graduate reenroll, transfer, and programchange students, guiding them through all steps required to successfully begin their program.
• Drive Completion & Show Rates: Proactively reach out to students to ensure all documents, forms, and requirements are completed on timeeducating, motivating, and keeping them focused on their start date.
• Coordinate Financial Aid & Housing Steps: Schedule TimeTrade financial aid appointments, direct students to FAFSA support resources, verify completion of required forms, and assist with housing coordination and scholarship documentation.
• Collaborate to Remove Barriers: Work closely with Financial Aid, Scheduling, Housing partners, and Student Development Advisors to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure students stay on track.
• Maintain Accurate Records & Communication: Document interactions, update multiple systems of record, summarize next steps, and deliver clear, compassionate communication at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in student services, enrollment or admissions
• High-volume outreach and record management experience. Experience using TimeTrade or other appointment-scheduling platform would be a plus!
Skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Basic to intermediate level proficiency with productivity software (MS Office), CRMs or high-volume scheduling systems
