Position Overview – What You’ll Do
As a Remote Senior Pre‑Sales Technical Solutions Consultant, you will act as the trusted technical advisor for prospective clients interested in ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. Educational Background

Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on pre‑sales or technical consulting experience, ideally within ServiceNow ecosystems (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
