They are seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a robust sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and contribute to the company's commercial success.
Responsibilities
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using our ICP and MCBANTER frameworks
• Run discovery calls that dig into customer challenges, needs, and potential fit with Gideon’s solutions
• Manage and prioritize opportunities in Salesforce, keeping data clean, accurate, and actionable
• Build reports and dashboards that track conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall pipeline health
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Solution Engineers to ensure smooth handovers and seamless customer experience
• Share insights with Marketing and SDR teams to refine campaign performance and content quality
• Create and share LinkedIn content — from smart insights to customer success stories — to attract, engage, and convert potential clients
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and Gideon’s evolving product portfolio
• Continuously improve scripts, playbooks, and qualification processes to drive team efficiency
• Mentor junior inside sales and lead generation colleagues, sharing your experience and best practices
Skills
• 3–5+ years in inside sales, sales development, or business development (B2B)
• Proven track record of qualifying complex opportunities with structured frameworks (BANT, MCBANTER, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo, including pipeline management and reporting
• Experience with content-driven outreach or social selling on LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and discovery skills — consultative, curious, and confident
• Self-motivated, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience working with Enterprise Customers and Key Account Managers
• Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or logistics technology
