We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at The Home Depot, working remotely from the USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in developing modern web applications that revolutionize our unique order business. You will collaborate with a talented team of analysts and software developers to create innovative solutions, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish reporting requirements and best practices, and architect a reporting framework
- Oversee data mining efforts and develop programs, methodologies, and documents for analyzing and presenting data
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements
- Perform data analysis, develop SQL scripts, and create reports
- Ensure data cleansing and validation, and prepare data load scripts for mass data loads
- Utilize various database programs and analytical tools to enhance systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical role, with preferred experience in challenge management
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft development technologies, reporting technologies, and expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL script development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of usability best practices and user design
- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and self-disciplined approach
