Early June is a boutique growth agency looking for a smart, analytical SEM Manager to execute paid media campaigns primarily on Google Ads. The role involves developing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining client communication.
Responsibilities
• Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing
• Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
• Develop keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations
• Develop weekly and monthly performance reports in Google slides
• Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
• Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Skills
• 2 - 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning
• Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You should have an efficient home office setup (external monitor and dedicated desk)
