Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve first-call resolution through proactive and professional communication across multiple channels.
- De-escalate customer issues and explore options to satisfy their needs, ensuring a positive experience and promoting brand loyalty.
- Identify root causes of inquiries through probing questions and respond to pricing, product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.
- Handle account and billing issues, upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on training guidelines, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting current offers and the Pandora Club, while sharing product knowledge and craftsmanship details with customers.
- Make customers feel valued and respected, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with Pandora Jewelry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments.
- At least 1 year of call center experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Computer knowledge and tech-savviness are essential.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus!
