Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads through calling, emailing, SMS, and chat
- Assess prospect needs and align them with customer solutions, identifying decision-makers using qualification frameworks
- Collaborate with client sales team and internal Sales Representatives to communicate key selling points and ensure smooth lead transition
- Document all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system following business processes
- Follow up on leads until sale closure or valid discontinuation, building relationships and addressing objections
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets
- Develop understanding of customer needs across industries, especially healthcare, to position solutions effectively
- Perform other tasks to support sales team and company objectives as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach
- Ability to quickly assess prospect needs and identify decision-makers
- Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented in logging sales interactions and managing sales stages
- Proactive problem-solving skills based on established procedures
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to feedback
- Dedicated, quiet workspace for calls and online meetings with minimal background noise
- High-speed internet connection and a late-model computer
- Ability to clear background checks and provide proof of legal work eligibility in the United States
- College degree preferred
- B2B sales or lead development experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and Contact Center platforms is a plus
- Noise-canceling headset preferred
- Dual-monitor desk setup recommended
