Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily execution across data labeling, RLHF evaluation, and QA review queues
- Perform task triage, clarify requirements, and escalate ambiguous edge cases using annotation guidelines
- Run quality checks to support annotation guidelines compliance and training data quality targets
- Support prompt evaluation and LLM evaluation workflows, including rubric-based scoring and error categorization
- Maintain structured documentation, change logs, and decision records for consistent delivery
- Track throughput, rework rates, and quality metrics that influence model performance improvement
- Support projects spanning named entity recognition, classification, summarization, content safety labeling, and computer vision annotation
Skills
- Experience operating in cross-functional environments with high attention to detail and process discipline
- Practical familiarity with AI/ML data operations concepts such as data labeling, QA evaluation, and RLHF
- Ability to follow and enforce annotation guidelines and rubrics with consistent judgment
- Strong written communication for documentation, handoffs, and issue reporting
- Comfort working with structured datasets, spreadsheets, and task management tools
