About the Role:
A professional services consulting firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and refine its end-to-end hiring operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing high-caliber professionals while maintaining a structured, candidate-centric recruitment process.
The position requires a highly professional, client-facing recruiter who can collaborate directly with U.S.-based leadership, coordinate with remote Filipino team members, and represent the firm with credibility, discretion, and strong communication standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable recruiting across U.S. and Philippine markets.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and candidate handoff.
• Partner closely with leadership to understand role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear, market-aligned job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to assess experience, communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical competence and client-facing readiness.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as a professional point of contact between leadership, internal teams, external agencies, and candidates.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, pipelines, and hiring insights to decision-makers.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
• Develop and maintain standardized recruitment workflows, interview guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure accurate tracking of candidates, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding coordination by ensuring all recruitment deliverables are completed prior to start dates.
Market Research & Talent Insights
• Conduct research on talent availability, role competitiveness, and compensation expectations in both U.S. and Philippine markets.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support hiring strategies and offer decisions.
• Monitor recruitment trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience & Compliance
• Ensure a consistent, respectful, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle candidate information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support ethical recruitment practices and escalation of concerns when needed.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Senior Recruiter, preferably supporting professional services, consulting, or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-facing professionalism; confident engaging with executives, managers, and senior-level candidates.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to assess candidate demeanor, reliability, and communication style.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and hiring metrics.
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
