As a full-cycle recruiter, you will identify, engage, and hire top talent, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social networking platforms will be essential in building a pipeline of quality candidates. Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social networking platforms to source potential candidates
- Post job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment records in our ATS
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within the nonprofit sector
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and ATS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
