The role involves collaborating with Project Managers to prepare, plan, and execute projects while representing the company positively with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Managers to finalize pricing of the projects
- Manage and schedule Contractors
- Communicate with clients
- Work with Contractors, Invoicing team, Site Supervisors, and Projects team to ensure projects are completed as per plan
- Relationship building and attentiveness to client needs
- The ability to move quickly, recommend processes for improved efficiency and meet demanding timelines
Skills
- General trade and industry knowledge
- Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position
- Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with contractors and clients on cost of work and timelines

- Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely
