About the Role:

- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and tickets (using Zendesk)
- Educating customers about new features and functionality
- Advocating for customer needs and requests across the company
- Monitoring accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing potential churn
- Onboarding new accounts and delivering outstanding customer experiences
