About the Role

As a Remote Process Optimization SME, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimization within a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Analyzing data and identifying gaps to inform process improvement recommendations
• Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
• Enhancing productivity across various teams through effective communication and collaboration
• Providing subject matter expertise to drive process improvements and optimization
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Experience leading process improvements and optimization in an enterprise-level environment (Medicaid or health insurance experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
• Change management background or experience

Compensation and Benefits

• A hourly rate of $65-75 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and education
