What You’ll Do
• Assess: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify needs and guide strategies.
• Design: Create individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to build skills and reduce challenges.
• Lead: Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff to ensure excellence in care delivery.
• Analyze & Adapt: Track progress using behavioral data and fine-tune interventions for best outcomes.
• Educate: Provide coaching and training to families, caregivers, and team members for long-term success.
• Collaborate: Partner with schools, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to align goals and strategies.
• Stay Compliant: Maintain accurate, timely documentation to meet all regulations.
What We’re Looking For
• Certification: Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2+ years working with individuals with ASD or similar populations in clinical, home, or school settings.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Licensure: Licensed in IL or willing to obtain IL licensure.
