Absolute Elder Care is seeking a Remote Nurse Consultant to join our dedicated team in Ocala. We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health and wellness needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality care
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Stay updated on best practices in elder care and healthcare trends
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Basic understanding of elder care principles and practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and tools
- Prior experience in nursing or healthcare is a plus, but not required
