The role involves designing and developing complex learning solutions, managing projects, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance learning strategies and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; defines learning journeys, modalities and measurement strategies; designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address complex capability gaps; aligns designs with enterprise learning standards, accessibility, and technology ecosystems
• Leads cross-functional project teams (e.g. IDs, SMES, media, vendors); develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables; monitors project progress, mitigates risks and ensures consistent communication with stakeholders
• Partners with business leaders to clarify requirements and success criteria; serves as primary point of contact for learning projects; supports Learning Center of Excellence intake; facilitates design workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews
• Stays ahead of learning technology trends and brings forward innovative approaches; evaluates learning solution effectiveness using data and recommends improvements; shares best practices and contributes to the growth of design capabilities across team; supports change adoption through clear communication, training, documentation and mentorship
