Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Advisory Investment Bank is the leading M&A advisory firm serving essential service businesses. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with business owners to fuel the firm's growth and bring new mandates to market.
Responsibilities
• Identify at least 100 qualified leads per day, enter into CRM, and work to make contact with business owner. YOU are provided the lead
• Research and identify qualified business owners in target industries (HVAC, plumbing, pest, etc.)
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings for senior bankers
• Manage HubSpot CRM data integrity and track all pipeline activity
• Collaborate with marketing and senior bankers on campaigns and content to increase lead flow
• Support pitch preparation and prospect follow-up to advance deals through the funnel
Skills
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field)
• 1–3 years of investment banking, sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR experience — ideally in tech sales, banking, professional services, finance, SaaS, or M&A environments
• Strong communication skills — confident, articulate, and persuasive
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and speaking directly to business owners
• Process-driven, organized, and coachable — thrives on measurable goals
• High energy and persistence; thrives in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment
• Perfect English, good personality, and very well spoken
• Location: Remote w/ travel (preferred: based in major metro markets)
