Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Assistant to join our Dream Team Elite division, where you'll play a vital role in guiding our members to build and maintain a positive culture, ensure HR compliance, and recruit top talent. As a remote team member, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home permanently, with no regular travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of practices, developing action plans to support team growth and culture development
- Provide consultative guidance on recruiting strategies and perform full-cycle recruiting for our members
- Advise members on HR compliance matters and best practices, maintaining accurate records and data
- Contribute to team projects and suggest improvements, leveraging your expertise to add value to the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with smaller businesses or locations
- Significant experience in interpreting and advising recruiting strategies, with a consultative approach to HR
- Business acumen, with an understanding of common business concepts and their role in practice success
- Technical proficiency, with experience using Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Trello, Zoom, and BambooHR
