Part-Time HOA Property Manager (Remote)

Part-time, 10 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)
Fully remote
Experience Required:
Direct HOA / Condominium Association management experience is required
Applicants without HOA experience will not be considered
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HOA Property Manager to support a portfolio of homeowners associations. This role requires strong knowledge of HOA operations, board relations, financial oversight, and compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Board members and residents and ensure smooth day-to-day association management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for HOA Boards and residents
Manage Board communications, approvals, and follow-ups
Ensure state and local compliance for all assigned associations
Assist with annual budgets, financial planning, and reserve-related items
Review, track, and submit vendor invoices to accounting for payment
Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding items
Coordinate and manage vendor and commercial contracts
Support and monitor HOA dues collections and delinquencies
Review monthly site inspection reports and flag issues for action
Work closely with accounting and leadership to maintain financial accuracy
Qualifications
Proven experience managing HOAs or condominium associations
Strong understanding of HOA governance, boards, budgets, and compliance
Experience working with invoices, approvals, and accounting coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
