Responsibilities
- Outbound Activity: You will spend the majority of your day on the phone. We prioritize high-volume outreach because it is the most effective way to find the businesses that need our help
- Demonstrations: You will lead product demos to show how LiveSwitch solves specific problems for a business owner
- Closing: You will manage the sales process from the initial call to the signed contract
- Accuracy: We expect you to maintain honest and accurate records of your activities in our CRM
Skills
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales (SMB, door-to-door, or similar outbound roles)
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively with business owners
- Self-starter who is comfortable with the repetitive nature of high-volume cold calling
- Genuine interest in the success of small businesses
