The Float Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast-paced setting, supporting various team members and driving results for clients.
Responsibilities
• Support the members of our team while they are out of office, on leave, or as needed to drive results for our clients
• Provide support across TA
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, Online Meetings.
• Experience in Senior Living
