Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to optimize our online presence and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and sales across multiple channels.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, optimization, and content creation to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including SEM and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, including Facebook Advertising and content management across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and inventory management.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools for effective keyword research and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting compelling product descriptions and marketing content.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies including B2B marketing approaches.
  • Ability to manage content creation processes within content management systems (CMS).
