Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Document Loan Processor to support their auto finance operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing retail auto loan documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.
The position requires frequent communication with internal departments, dealerships, and customers, making strong professional communication skills and attention to detail critical to success.

Responsibilities
Loan Documentation Processing
• Review and process retail auto loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Verify documentation according to underwriting guidelines and internal requirements
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and obtain corrected documentation
Communication & Coordination
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, dealerships, and customers
• Provide updates and respond to documentation requests via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing
Compliance & Record Management
• Maintain accurate records within loan processing systems
• Ensure documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
• Monitor files to ensure all required documentation is properly completed
Operational Support
• Meet established turnaround time, quality, and productivity standards
• Support loan funding timelines by resolving documentation issues quickly
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• loan processing
• document processing
• auto finance
• or similar financial services roles
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Strong phone and professional email communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
Preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or auto finance
• Familiarity with loan processing systems and financial documentation workflows
