What You’ll Be Doing
• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and confidence
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently and accurately
• Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and leadership
• Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to track jobs and updates
• Ensure smooth handoffs between customers and field teams
This role requires focus, multitasking, and sound judgment — every call matters.
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience as a CSR and/or Dispatcher in home services
• Ability to handle high call volume without sacrificing accuracy
• Strong, clear communication skills with U.S.-based customers
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch systems
• Proven ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
