Key Responsibilities
- Data Gathering and Preparation: Assist in scraping, cleaning, and manipulating data from various sources, including websites and databases, to ensure its accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- API Utilization: Learn and apply your skills in using APIs to access and retrieve data from external sources, enhancing our databases and data management capabilities.
- Script Development: Contribute to the development of scripts and tools designed to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data, streamlining our data processes.
- Brand and Product Rating: Participate in designing and implementing algorithms to rate brands and products based on multiple sustainability criteria and data points, supporting our mission to guide consumers towards greener choices.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Engage in exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within our data, and assist in visualizing these insights to inform business decisions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data analytics and a keen interest in sustainability. While prior internship or job experience of 3-6 months is preferred, what's more important is your eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data science.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of data analytics, database testing, deep learning, and proficiency in Python are highly valued.
- Availability: You should be available for a work-from-home internship for a duration of 6 months, dedicating 25-30 hours weekly.
