Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Teams and Leaders within Network Planning and across Business Teams to ensure cooperation and alignment on multiple efforts and initiatives.
- Analyze schedules and complex datasets to discover relevant insights for stakeholders, utilizing tools such as SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence Senior Leaders, leveraging strong visualization skills to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Navigate the complexities of various Teams and engagements, analyzing historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insights into future performance.
- Contribute to the innovative development of alternative network designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other initiatives that drive business growth and optimization.
- Deliver analysis and solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business problem at hand, as well as the broader impact across the business unit and Company.
- Communicate findings and effects to department and Commercial/Operational Leaders using a tailored communication approach that acknowledges the intended audience and provides recommended actions.
- Perform other task-related responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders.
