Key Responsibilities
- Establish and Maintain Utility Accounts: Accurately create and update utility accounts in our customer information system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Verify Account Eligibility and Accessibility: Conduct thorough checks to verify account eligibility and accessibility, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Prepare, Distribute, and Complete Work Orders: Efficiently prepare and distribute work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up as necessary.
- Prepare Files for Mass Customer Communications: Compile and prepare files for mass customer communications, adhering to strict data accuracy and formatting guidelines.
- Assist with Mailing Billing Statements and Other Notices: Help coordinate the mailing of billing statements and other customer notices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Scan or Retain Documents: Accurately scan or retain documents as required, maintaining organized and easily accessible records.
- Perform Monthly Audits: Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying and resolving issues to improve process efficiency.
- Enter Data into Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracking Databases: Accurately enter data into KPI tracking databases, supporting the monitoring and analysis of key performance metrics.
- Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED): A foundational education that demonstrates your ability to complete secondary-level coursework.
- 2+ Years of Experience in High-Volume Data Entry: Proven experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, showcasing your ability to accurately and efficiently enter large amounts of data.
- Computer Skills, Typing, Accuracy, and 10-Key Skills Testing: The ability to pass rigorous computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry and related software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
