Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Data Center stock and ensure accurate inventory levels
- Coordinate shipments and manage logistics operations
- Collaborate with Data Center Operations Technicians and Engineers to optimize inventory flow
- Work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to purchase new components and manage returns
- Maintain accurate records and resolve questions from peer organizations
- Ensure accurate billing and reconcile discrepancies with Accounts Payable
Requirements:
- 1+ years of logistics experience
- 1+ years of material forecasting experience
- 1+ year of experience in shipping & receiving, inventory, and warehousing practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and building storage facilities and layouts
- Ability to deliver clear instructions and work with vendors
- Experience creating and following Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)
