Responsibilities
• Owning client onboarding, engagement, and long-term success
• Delivering expert-level training, implementation, and guidance
• Monitoring account health, anticipating issues, and resolving them proactively
• Leading business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and business outcomes
• Working cross-functionally with Sales and Product to drive retention, growth, and continuous improvement
• Becoming a platform expert and trusted advisor to your accounts

• 1+ years in a detail-oriented, analytical role (e.g. QA, Tech Support, Ops Analyst)
• Previous management experience in a fitness or health club setting with a data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology
