As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex inquiries, and providing top-notch support to our clients and agents.
About the Role:
- Competitive salary range: $33,000 - $55,000 based on experience
- Immediate start date available
- Remote work arrangement (US-based)
- Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service through phone, chat, and email support
- Analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues
- Communicate complex information and solutions to customers in a clear and helpful manner
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers using patience, assistance, and support methods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
- Build product knowledge and discuss annuity products and features with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of related customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
