About the Role:
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at Amazon, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to achieve better well-being through accurate medication management. This fully remote position offers a flexible, part-time schedule, typically 30-39 hours per week, with potential for additional or reduced hours based on business needs. You'll be a key point of contact, providing support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and online channels regarding billing, insurance, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to billing, insurance, products, and services via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, taking ownership from beginning to end.
- Deliver a positive customer experience, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their insurance and copays.
- Provide technical support while navigating the pharmacy.amazon.com platform.
- Build strong customer relationships by ensuring each interaction is an opportunity for long-term engagement.
Essential Capabilities:
- Must reside within the state of Utah.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience using computers and online tools.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively using phone and computer systems.
- Reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
- Ability to adjust your schedule on a bi-weekly basis with 14-day notice.
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
Preferred Capabilities:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare setting.
