As a Client Support Representative, you will enhance customer experience through empathy and problem-solving while managing service appointments and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Turn incoming calls into happy customers by scheduling service appointments and resolving issues with care.
• Build relationships and respond to customer requests through phone, email, and text support.
• Promote service memberships that help customers save money and stay comfortable year-round.
• Outbound calling to preserve minimum maintenance and service calls for technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to make sure every detail is right.
• Collaborate with your team and participate in training to sharpen your service and sales skills.
• Special projects or tasks as requested by your manager.
Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, even on busy days.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and high-demand peak seasons.
• IT competent – efficient typist, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel, and phone systems.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience or experience in homes services setting highly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
