The Client Success Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting customer satisfaction and business opportunities through product demonstrations and solution optimization.
Responsibilities
- Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-practice guidance, and solution optimization
- Take on and support customer projects as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations, including special initiatives, targeted dealer engagements, and follow-up work to ensure successful
- Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers, with an emphasis on IDS Marine's products and services; including accounting, parts, service, sales, CRM and leadership insights
- Financial workflows, and operational efficiency
- Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements
- Translate dealer business needs into clear IDS Marine solution positioning
Skills
- Experience in Marine dealership operations
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting, financial workflows, and back-office processes
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, dealer-friendly language
- Comfortable leading demos, discovery conversations, and assigned customer initiatives
