[Remote] Client Project Coordinator – Nonprofit Fundraising (Remote, Part-Time)

Nonprofit Fundraising Management (NFM) is dedicated to empowering African American churches and nonprofits through culturally relevant fundraising strategies and personalized support. The Client Project Coordinator will ensure that client projects are organized, timelines are managed, and communications are executed effectively, while also supporting client fundraising initiatives and internal operations. Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day client service activities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and communications are executed consistently and professionally • Maintain forward-looking client delivery calendars (quarterly and annual), incorporating client availability, holidays, campaign schedules, and other key constraints • Monitor progress of client deliverables, identify risks or delays, and proactively adjust timelines or escalate issues when needed • Support the planning and coordination of client fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and related operational deliverables • Provide some executive coordination support for leadership, including meeting scheduling, structured note-taking, and preparation of presentation materials • Coordinate meeting preparation by gathering inputs, organizing agendas, and aligning discussion topics with business priorities • Document meeting decisions and action items, distributing clear recaps within 24 hours • Translate meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and ensure deadlines and ownership are clearly tracked • Track follow-ups and support accountability on agreed next steps • Support the preparation and coordination of client-facing documentation, including annual reports, communications, and other deliverables as needed • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across client materials • Track follow-ups and responses related to client commitments and deliverables • Coordinate grant-related activities, including tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, submitting materials, and managing follow-ups • Maintain organized records and grant calendars to support both current and future initiatives • Support internal (NFM) and client-facing marketing initiatives, including content distribution, Lunch & Learns, webinars, and other events • Serve as a backup resource for marketing activities as needed, assisting with logistics, communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth execution of internal campaigns and congregant/donor-facing communications • Support the organization and maintenance of ClickUp, Google Workspace, and related tools to align with client delivery workflows • Maintain clear file structures and documentation standards across shared systems • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements that support clarity and scalability as the organization grows • Perform other operational, coordination, or project-related tasks as reasonably required to support leadership and organizational effectiveness • Adapt to new systems, tools, and processes in a growing startup environment Skills • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and priorities simultaneously • Proficiency with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and collaboration tools • Detail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindset • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or no degree & equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in client services, project coordination, operations, or similar roles • Experience supporting client-facing teams or service delivery environments Company Overview • At NFM, we help churches raise more money so they can fund programs that serve their communities.
