The Bilingual Investments Processing Service Associate will be responsible for handling complex client service requests, maintaining service levels, and supporting various business areas while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately handle increasingly complex client service requests at initial point of contact utilizing multiple administrative systems within the defined service standards
- Dedication to maintaining the outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards is required and will be used to measure success
- Keep current with company policies, procedures and maintain processing knowledge
- Support to other business areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services and Technical Support is required at this level

- Customer service focus and skills with the ability to build positive relationships between customers/company and represent Manulife's best interests
- Organizational/prioritization skills to be able to work in a multitasking environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime consistently as required by business needs
- Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec
- Investments background (Segregated Funds is a strong asset)
- Customer service skills
- P/C Microsoft as well as iFast and AWD would be an asset
- Maintaining processing expertise, knowledge and keeping current with our systems and products in our rapidly changing environment
- Dealing with multiple cases simultaneously in a timely manner
