Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SmartZip, a Constellation Software company, provides predictive analytics and marketing solutions for real estate professionals. The Account Executive will work with clients across the United States to drive business growth through data-driven marketing and seller targeting strategies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Sell SmartZip’s predictive seller targeting and marketing solutions to real estate professionals nationwide
- Conduct discovery calls, run product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline and accurate activity tracking within CRM systems
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads and consistently develop new opportunities through outbound outreach
- Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers
- Stay informed on real estate industry trends and agent marketing strategies
Skills
- 1-3+ years of sales experience in B2B, B2C, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
- Experience selling to small business owners or entrepreneurs is a plus
